The Committee on Justice recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On the Judicial System of Ukraine" (re Formation of a Board of Experts) in its Entirety

The Bill (Reg. No.3606) regulates formation of a board of experts of general courts in Sevastopol appellate district.

According to the Committee members, the Bill authorizes Sevastopol city council to appoint authorized persons to the board of experts.
