Resolution on a vote of nonconfidence to Government of Julia Tymoshenko should be scrutinized by the Parliament not longer than in 10 days term from the moment of its registration (12.01.09). It was stressed today by the First Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, O. Lavrynovych during the plenary meeting.
"As we have the Law of Ukraine on Cabinet of Ministries of Ukraine in the article 14 of which it is declared that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is obliged to scrutinize the President´s initiative or the initiative of 150 People´s Deputies not longer than in 10 days term, Verkhovna Rada can change the following term but only through the amendments to the Law on Cabinet of Ministries of Ukraine",- the politician stressed.
"The Government should be responsible for its actions and their consequences. Consequently we should stick to the Norms of Law", - the First Vice-Chairman stressed.
"Deputies the same as all the rest of Ukrainian citizens are obliged to abide the Ukrainian Laws", - O. Lvrynovych resumed.
