The Bill (Reg.№3429) envisages the establishment of norms aimed at the "simplification and improvement of the procedure of closure of the juridical person and the completion of the "only window" principles during the registration of the market participants".
In particular it should be established that "transformation and division do not led to the closure of juridical person". The order of the formation of liquidation committee and its authority are established.
Moreover the Bill envisages the decrease of the quantity of the types of economic operations that are obliged to licensing.
