The Bill (Reg.№1371) envisages the regulation of the order of access to inter-country electric networks for the export of electricity.
In particular supplier of electricity buy necessary amount of electricity on organized market and price should not be lower than wholesale price formed within the market. The access to the state electricity networks is given according to the results of auction.
According to the Bill the electricity sale for export is accomplished according to the treaty with the licensee, who is obliged to conclude the treaty with the auction winner.
