The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Bill "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts" (re Documents that certify Right of Ownership of Land Areas and the Order of the Partition and Unification of Land Ares) as a Basis

According to the Bill (Reg.№2606) it is suggested that the Article 126 "Documents that certify the right for ownership of land areas" of the Land Code of Ukraine should be presented I new edition, so that the right for ownership is certified not only by sate acts but also by civil and legitimate treaties. The Land Code should also be added by the Article 186-1 "Unification and Partition of the Land Areas" and introduce amendments to the Law "On Land-Use System"
