The Bill (Reg. No.2607) aims at improvement of certain regulations of the Administrative Proceedings Code of Ukraine. Pursuant to the Bill, administrative courts will be authorized to settle disputes concerning administrative agreements, not only their conclusion and realization; regulate practical problems concerning territorial and institutional jurisdiction of relevant categories of administrative cases.
Amendments to Article 19 of the Code envisage enhancement of the regulation concerning territorial jurisdiction of administrative cases. The People´s Deputies believe that such an approach will prevent situations when the disputes concerning one objects of real estate are scrutinized by different courts.
The Committee members believe that adoption of the Bill will settle a number of present-day issues in the practice of administrative proceedings.
