According to the Bill (Reg.№2782) it is suggested that the Law "On court enforcement action" should be presented in new edition determining conditions and the way of the court juridical decisions and of the other bodies (officials) that are to be enforced according to the Law.
The members of the committee upheld the proposition on the formation of the Only State Register of court enforcement actions and proposed to add the Bill with the principles that will contain the order of is conducting. The necessity of the access to this registers of other people except officials "making the process public will be a considerable obstacle for the "ider´s"attacks of the enterprises with the help of non-legitimate juridical decisions".
