According to the Bill (Reg.№3336) it is suggested that the License annulleding should be implied only in case of the repeated fact that testifies that the economic agent failed to submit information on data changes, indicated in the documents that were added to the application for the license.
It was also stressed that "when the economic agent failed to submit information on data changes, indicated in the documents that were added to the application for the license in ten days term it will also be considered as a ground for the license annulleding".
