According to the Bill (re №3563) is aimed at the support of the advertising sphere in particular at the support of the external advertising and television through suspension of certain principles of the current Law for one year.
The members of the Committee declared that because of the consequences of the Finance Crisis the television broadcasting sphere might lose income at the rate of 1mlrd. grn.
Consequently the additional sources of income for the sphere should be found. The Bill envisages suspension of the article 5 of the current law until the 1st January 2010. According to the Bill "it is forbidden to supply any advertising information about the sponsor the producer of alcohol drinks his name (title) and goods or service trade in the form of the off-screen commentary or soundtrack".
It will give opportunity to mobilize extra 170-190 mln. grn. in the sphere from the external advertising.
