The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Advertising" (Reg. the Correspondence to the European Convention on Transfrontier Television) in the First Reading

According to the Bill (Reg.№3081) it is suggested that the current law should be supplemented with the definition of the term "telesales", also the common demands to the advertising, sponsorship, of television and radio programs with the use of medicines, medical equipment, diagnostics, rehabilitation etc. should be determined. It is supposed that the sale of the defined articles should be forbidden and in this case it will correspond to the European Convention on Transfrontier Television.
