The Resolution aims at enhancement of contractual and legal base and practice of member-countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the area of determining the country of origin of goods.
Implementation of the Resolution concerning Introduction of Amendments to the Rules of determining the Country of Origin of Goods should secure harmonization and enhancement of foreign-economic activity of member-countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No.0052.
