The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Ratification of the Resolution on Amendments and Supplements to the Rules of determining the Country of Origin of Goods approved by the Decree of the Council of Heads of CIS Governments of 30 November 2008"

The Resolution aims at enhancement of contractual and legal base and practice of member-countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the area of determining the country of origin of goods.

Implementation of the Law should create favourable conditions for enhancement of Ukraine´s relations with the CIS member-countries concerning determination of the country of origin of goods.

A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No.0053.
