During the meeting it was stressed that the Report that the Bill recommends for the ratification (Reg.№105) presupposes the immunity for the buildings of the Parliamentary Assembly of Black Sea Economic Cooperation, and immunity concession to the archives, property and assets of the Assembly. It also guarantee the privileges and immunities for the representatives of parliamentarians of the countries, members and personnel of the International Secretariate who take part I the work of the Assembly.
The members of the Committee stressed that the concession of the following rights is stipulated by the necessity "to provide unprejudiced work of Parliamentary Assembly of Black Sea Economic Cooperation" and for the implementation of the duties by the representatives of the counties members of Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization and to correspond with the norms of International Organizations works.
It was also stated that the "ratification is sure to facilitate the cooperation between the counties members of Black sea Economic Cooperation Organization and gives the legislative support to the resolution adoption."
