In particular it is recommended that the charges for the development for the higher agrarian education should be envisaged in the state Budget for the Year 2009. In particular the expenses for the sufficient salary of the scientific and pedagogic personnel, renewal of the technical base, development of the scientific activity etc.
Moreover the Committee recommends that the Higher Agrarian Educational Estates should be subordinated to the Ministry on Agrarian policy. It is also stated that the issue on the state order on specialists of the different educational qualification rates should be regulated.
