In order to improve Ukraine´s balance of payment, the Bill (Reg. No.3379) "suggests the procedure of introduction, alteration and cancellation of a temporary increase to the current rates of import duty imposed on certain goods the import of which is substantially increasing".
Pursuant to the Bill, the Cabinet of Ministers elaborates and brings forward the Bill presenting the list of goods liable to such an increase, and the rate of it.
