The Bill (Reg. No. 0074) envisages ratification of the Agreement, implementation of which will define the procedure for acceptance and transfer of persons who stay illegally at the territories of the Contractual Parties.
Thus, the Agreement suggests effective procedures concerning identification, "safe and orderly return of persons who fail to comply with conditions envisaged for entry and stay at the territories of Ukraine or the Kingdom of Norway". The Agreement also envisages the procedure of transit transportation of such persons to the countries of their origin.
The Committee members believe that implementation of the Agreement complies with the interests of Ukraine and Ukrainian citizens, and will promote development of relations between Ukraine, the Kingdom of Norway and the European Union in political economic, cultural and other fields.
