The Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Pipeline Transport" (re lifting of Prohibition on Privatization of Housing Fund of State Enterprises of Trunk Pipeline Transport)

The Bill (Reg. No.2612) introduces amendments to Article 7 of the Law "On Pipeline Transport", pursuant to which, prohibition of privatization or alienation of capital assets of State pipeline transport enterprises does not extend onto the housing fund at the balance of these enterprises.
