The Bill (Reg. No.2753) defines legal and organizational principles of anti-doping control, procedure of its conduct and responsibility for violation of legislation on anti-doping control in sport.
The Committee members stated that a new version enhances and extends regulations of the effective Law "On Anti-Doping Control in Sport" (№2353-ІІІ of 5 April 2001).
Moreover, the Bill defines terms and principles of Ukrainian legislation appertaining to the anti-doping control in sport, regulates its organizational structure and organization of work of relevant services.
