The Bill (Reg. No.2687) regulates vexed points regarding operation of the State Special Transport Service, and eliminates gaps and discrepancies in the effective legislation concerning legal responsibility of personnel and authorities of the administration.
"Existence of a gap in Ukrainian legislation constitutes a threat of evasion of military servants of the Service from responsibility for violation of the legislation", - stressed the representatives of the State Special Transport Service.
The Committee members upheld the Bill unanimously, as its adoption "will secure effectiveness of operation of the State Special Transport Service and eliminate gaps and discrepancies in the effective legislation".
