The Members of the Committee declared that the Amendment, that the Bill (Reg.№0077) suggests ratify, is aimed at the implementation of the World Trade Organization Regulations in the sphere of energetic. It is also aimed at the coordination of the Treaty to the Energy Charter, ratified by the Law "On the Ratification of the Treaty to Energy Charter and to Statute to Energy Charter on the issues of the energy effectiveness and contiguous ecological aspects" with the WTO regulation.
It was stressed that the ratification of the Amendment will provide the formation of distinct legislative guarantees of WTO standards by Ukraine.
