The Bill (Reg. No.0052) envisages ratification of the Resolution on Amendments to the Rules of Origin of Goods Determination that was signed in Moscow on 3 December 2004 and is aimed at the enhancement of contractual and legal base and practice of the Commonwealth of Independent States member-countries in the field of determination of goods origin.
The Bill (Reg. No.0053) envisages ratification of the Resolution on Supplements and Amendments to the Rules of Origin of Goods Determination that was signed in Minsk on 24 November 2006 and is aimed at the enhancement of contractual and legal base and practice of the Commonwealth of Independent States member-countries in the field of determination of goods origin in compliance with the European Union legislation.
Ratification of the said Resolutions will create favourable conditions for the enhancement of methods exploited for determination of goods origin in the relations between Ukraine and the Commonwealth of Independent States member-countries.
