The funds in the amount of 200mln US dollars are supposed to be expended on the changing of the out-of-date equipment and the installation of the modern systems of relay protection and automation of the transformer substations, the extending of the available substation of electricity transmission (330 kilovolt) in Bar city and the building of the new high-voltage power line that connect substation in city Bar with Dnistrovsk storage plant, improvement of the operation characteristics of the of the available substation of electricity transmission (220 kilovolt) Simferopol Sevastopol and connected with it substations, and also the modernization of substation control systems in Crimea electric-power industry and implementation of the legislative acts connected with the functioning of the wholesale electric-power market.
