According to the Bill (Re.№2501) it is suggested to coordinate the laws concerning the information security in accordance with the adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Law "On State Service on the Special Communication and Information Security of Ukraine".
It is presupposed by the bill to implement the administrative responsibility for the non-implementation of the legal demands of the sate officers of the State Special Connections or the forming obstacles for their activity.
The members of the Committee upheld the bill, adoption of which let the implementation of the duties of State Special Connection.
