The Bill (Reg. No.2534) declares the Law "On a Collective Agricultural Enterprise" invalid, and introduces a number of amendments to certain laws, regulations of which appertain to the activity of such enterprises.
Thus, the Bill amends the Economic Code, the laws "On State Property Privatization", "On Peculiarities of Property Privatization in Agricultural Complex", as the Constitution of Ukraine, the Land and the Civil Codes of Ukraine fail to envisage collective form of ownership. Moreover, the Bill facilitates reforming and liquidation of collective agricultural enterprises.
The Committee believes that adoption of the Bill will enhance effectiveness of the State policy in the field of regulation of land and property ownership relations.
