The Bill (Reg. No.2765) enhances State policy in the field of land relations at the regional and national levels on the basis of analyses of results of State land inventory.
The Committee members expressed several remarks concerning the Bill. Thus, the issues in question have already been regulated by Article 35 of the Law "On Land Management". Moreover, it is possible to settle certain issues by adoption of the laws on State land cadastre and registration of rights to the immovable property and their restrictions.
The key problem of holding State inventory is funding of its works. Nevertheless, the said Bill fails to define the sources and terms of the funding, only the periods for holding the inventory.
The Committee members believe that the Bill is of methodological nature and aims only at regulation of procedure appertaining to performance of works related to the holding of State inventory of land, use and approval of its results.
