147 years have passed since that memorable day, when the first train "Yaroslav" that connected Vienna, Krakow, Przemysl and Lviv arrived at the territory of modern Ukraine.
Railway is one of the most important elements of transport infrastructure of the country, and is of strategic significance. Regular connection between the regions of Ukraine and foreign countries, safe delivery of cargos and passengers, strengthening of economy depend on technical conditions and effective operation of the railway.
