As of 12 a.m., the meeting of Arseniy Yatseniuk, Head of Ukrainian Parliament, and leaders of Parliamentary Factions with the participation of the Prime-Minister of Ukraine is being held at the cabinet of the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

At the preceding briefing A.Yatseniuk stated that he spoke over the phone both with the President of Ukraine, and the Prime-Minister of Ukraine. According to the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Yu.Tymoshenko appealed to him with a request to hold a meeting with the leaders of parliamentary factions on Wednesday, 22 October.

According to A.Yatseniuk, the meeting is aimed at "substantial discussion with the Prime-Minister, as the Bill on overcoming the consequences of economic crisis has yet failed to be presented". "However, I was informed that certain regulations of a yesterday´s bill appertaining to the expansion of the deposit guarantee fund and foundation of a stabilization fund have been included into the governmental Bill", - he stated.

A.Yatseniuk also stated that he would charge chairmen of the Committees with scrutinizing the governmental Bill after the leaders of Parliamentary Factions study it.

"It would like to declare that economic crisis cannot be settled apart from the political one, and vice versa, as these processes are interconnected. Either we consolidate around overcoming both economic, and political crisis, or neither package of Bills will be adopted", - stated A.Yatseniuk.

"I would like to underscore that we should enter the session hall with an approved agenda, without blocked parliamentary lectern. It took me a lot of efforts to reach agreements concerning restoration of work of Ukrainian Parliament", - stated the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
