Dear residents of Crimea!
I sincerely congratulate all the residents of Crimea on the occasion of the 10th anniversary the Day of Constitution of the Crimean Autonomous Republic.
This important legal document develops and specifies the regulations of the Fundamental Law of Ukraine, regulates relations between the authorities of the Autonomy and the State, confers authorities in the field of economy, ownership, use of natural resources and international relations on the peninsula.
Implementation of the Crimean Constitution secured consolidation of historical traditions and spiritual values of the nations, creation of favourable conditions for activity of political parties, public associations; preserved the atmosphere of international and confessional concord.
I am convinced that your inexhaustible energy and industrious work will be further aimed at stability and consolidation of the public both on the peninsula, and in the State.
May respectable community of the Autonomy develop and get stronger. I wish you peace and concord, sound health and further prosperity.
