The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine and Criminal-Procedural Code of Ukraine" (regarding the Employment of the Child for the Scrounging)

The Law complements the Criminal Code of Ukraine with the new article 150-1 that establishes the criminal liability for the employment of the small child (up to 14 years) for the scrounging.

Corresponding bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №0981.
