The Bill (Reg. No.2567) introduces a number of amendments to the current law, which are aimed at increase of effectiveness of their activity, and provision of State control in the said field.
The Bill includes regulations appertaining to the establishment of transparent mechanism for foundation and operation of common investment institutes, including simplification of licensing procedures of establishment and functioning of common investment institutes, and enhancement of demands for diversification of assets of common investment institutes in order to increase effectiveness of operation of such institutes.
