According to the bill (Re.№2701) it is suggested to give the right of the double pension receiving for the citizens who became disabled as a sequence of the military injury; for the parents and wives (husbands), in case they are not in the second marriage, of the military officers and some other people, who have died during the military service or have died as a result of the military injury after having been acquitted from the military service, missing in action during the military service or due to the causes stated in the items 20 and 30.
The Members of the Committee pointed out, that the suggested assignment of the double pension are not coordinated with the norms of the Pension Law according to which the person has right to receive different kinds of pension but the one is assigned according to the person´s will.
The People´s Deputies consider that "it would be reasonable to conduct the growth of the social support through the increase of the one-time pay of the insurance payout, the state compulsory insuarance of the military officers, extra for the main pension or the introduction of the separate state social help".
