The legislative act enhances regulations of the Law "On Legal Principles of Civil Protection" as regards organization of public administration and supervision in the field of civil protection of population and territories from emergency situations of technological and natural types.
Inter alia, the Law specifies the structure of departments of a specially authorized central executive body in charge of civil protection, and defines its authorities.
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No. 2532.
