The Committee on Freedom of Speech and Information recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On the National Council of Ukraine for Television and Radio Broadcasting" (re Compliance with Effective Legislation and Elimination of Legal Discrepancies)

The Bill (Reg. No.2371) introduces amendments and supplements to the effective Law, which regulate supervisory and regulatory functions of the National Council, enhance the procedure for adoption of resolutions, and enhance the conditions of work of its local representative offices.
