The Bill (Re. №2620) to exclude the part 4 of the item 59 of the current law, that presupposes the right of village, city mayors to stop in 85 day term any decision of the village, city government from the moment of its adoption with the grounding of its remarks and to introduce the propositions and the indicated resolution for the second examination of corresponding council.
The Committee states that the adoption of the bill will create the extra legislative guarantees for the activity and independence of the village ands city government.
