The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts" (re Documents that attest Proprietary Right for a Land Plot, and the Procedure of Division and Merging of Land Plots)

The Bill (Reg. No.2606) presents a new version of Article 126 of the Land Code, pursuant to which, a proprietary right for a land plot (a right of permanent use) is attested not only by the State certificate, but also by civil and legal agreements.

The Committee members believe that adoption of the Bill will prevent violations in the sector of issue of State certificates for proprietary right for a land plot, and considerably simplify realization of right for its ownership.
