ON WEDNESDAY, 1ST OF OCTOBER THE VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE CONTINUED ITS WORK IN THE PLENARY REGIME. 

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Arseniy Yatseniuk having opened the meeting, asked the chairmen of the Deputies´ Factions for the settling the agenda.  

A.Yatseniuk reminded that yesterday he insisted on the fact that "if there is possibility for the Democratic Coalition to recommence then the leaders of the 3 factions should at least for the first time introduce the agenda signed by them. "It was the first step that stipulated the fact of the possible formation of the coalition of three". 

Then People´s Deputies presented their appeals, announcements and motions.  

The Verkhovna Rada upheld the necessity of the certain treaties and other international documents. The following documents were ratified: the Treaty between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of Turkish Republic on the cooperation in the field of military training, technologies and science; the declaration on the membership of Ukraine in the international innovational scientific-technological program "EUREKA"; the Treaty between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of Croatia Republic on the military-technical cooperation; the Memorandum on mutual understanding between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the government of Malaysia on the cooperation in the defensive sphere; the Treaty between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of Algeria Democratic Republic on the military-technical cooperation. 

In next turn the list of bills was scrutinized by the People´s Deputies at the second reading. 

The improved bill on the amendments to the Law "On the notarial system" was introduced by the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Judicial Policy, Yuriy Miroshnychenko. he declared that all the remarks are either totally or partially taken into the consideration and asked the colleagues to adopt the law which will provide "the first period in the reforming of the notarial system and will let the citizens to have entire access to the notarial service". 

The First Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Oleksandr Lavrynovych declared, that this bill concludes the-six-yea period of many notaries, jurists that aimed at "improvement of the notarial activity and protection of it from the interference into their work, for establishment of suitable conditions of for their activity and equality in their authority. Irregardless of the place of their work, new service should satisfy the needs of citizens of Ukraine more fully". 

The Verkhovna Rada has adopted the Bill on amendments to the Law "On notarial system" at the second reading by 340 votes. 

The following item for consideration was the amendments to the bill on regulatory and legal acts. Some principles of the norms of the bill were to be scrutinized, in particular according the inclusion of the Attorney General inclusion to the regulatory and legal acts. The author of the corresponding amendment, People´s Deputy, Sviatoslav Olyinyk canceled it, though he stressed that "it does not solve the problem of the Attorney General status". 

The Parliamentarians upheld the amendments to Clause 57 "Official publishing of the regulatory and legal acts", including to the list of the official editions that have the right to promulgate the regulatory and legal acts - the newspapers "Golos Ukrainy", ‘Presydentskiy Visnyk", "Uriadovyi Kurier". 

The bill was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada in its entirety. 

The People´s Deputies have scrutinized at the second reading and adopted in its entirety two more bills - On amendments to articles 304 and 323 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (regarding the strengthening of the responsibility for the crime against the family and children) and On amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine and Criminal-Procedural Code of Ukraine" (regarding the employment of the child for the scrounging). 

Then the plenary meeting was closed.
