An Ad Hoc Inquiry Panel set up to investigate activity of Kyiv authorities sent a preliminary report to the Committee on Rules of Parliamentary Procedure, Ethics and Support to Work of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The Verkhovna Rada Ad Hoc Inquiry Panel set up to investigate the circumstances surrounding violation of the Constitution of Ukraine and Ukrainian laws, adoption of illegitimate resolutions by the officials of Kyiv City Council and its executive body sent its preliminary report on fulfilled work to the Committee on Rules of Parliamentary Procedure, Ethics and Support to Work of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Mykola Tomenko, Head of the Ad Hoc Inquiry Panel, informed of the results of Panel´s work. He recommends that the preliminary report of the Ad Hoc Inquiry Panel be taken into account. He also recommends that the General Prosecution of Ukraine monitors the actions of officials implicated in hampering the activity of the Ad Hoc Inquiry Panel (relevant facts are presented in the report) and takes necessary measures of prosecutor´s response.
