The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Transfer, Forced Alienation or Seizure of Property under the Conditions of Legal Regime of Martial Law or State of Emergency

The Bill (Reg. No.2608) aims at regulation of legal relations related to the State reimbursement of the cost of property that can be forcibly alienated from a proprietor under the conditions of legal regime of martial law or state of emergency. The Bill defines the mechanism of preliminary and complete State reimbursement of the cost of such property.

Assessment of property liable to forcible alienation means determination of its commercial value under the procedure established by the legislation on property assessment, property rights and professional assessment activity.
