The Law brings the Criminal Code in accordance with the Law "On the childhood protection" and the Family Code of Ukraine and presupposes the strengthening of the responsibility for the crime against the family and children. In particular the amendments to the items 304 and 323 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine were introduced, that presuppose the new qualifying peculiarities of these crimes.
The corresponding bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №0963.
