The Law improves State regulation in the field of traffic safety.
The Law introduces amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, the Budget Code, the Laws "On the Police", "On Road Traffic", "On Motor Transport", "On Motor Roads", "On Transportation of Dangerous Cargo", "On Advertisement", "On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Surface Transport Owners" and "On Transfer of Objects in Public and Municipal Ownership".
The Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Enhancement of Regulation of Relations in the Field of Traffic Safety" was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No.1061-5.
