According to the bill (Re.№2028) it is suggested to introduce the amendments to the Land, Criminal and Criminal-Procedural Codes of Ukraine and to determine the only order of the proper designation of agricultural areas and cases when the changes could take place
During the discussion the Chairman of the Committee M. Prysyazhniuk stressed that "the bill will give the opportunity to regulate the order of change into the proper designation of the land areas and will give the opportunity to stop non-controlled urbanization of the agricultural and forest areas, areas of the water fund and other natural areas".
