According to the bill (re.№2279) it is suggested to give right to be present on the Central Election Committee for the authorized persons of Deputies Factions, without its permission or invitation from the Committee, and to limit the term for the preparation and conducting of the Central Election Committee meeting in case of its convocation by not less than one third of Committee members.
At the same time, in resolution made by the Central Scientific Experts Office of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate that "is envisaged by the bill of law enforced persons of Deputies Factions to be present on the meeting without the permission or invitation of Committee, can be scrutinized as the violation of not only one of the main principles of the Committee´s activity (item 3 of the law), moreover it can be treated as the violation of the State Power division principle". And also can be regarded interference of legislative body into the implementation of the Committee authorities.
