The Bill (Reg. No.2448) introduces amendments to the Code of Laws on Labour of Ukraine, the Laws "On Holidays", "On Protection of Childhood", "On Pensions for Special Services for Ukraine", which enhance the State system of social protection as regards creation of favorable conditions for development of a family with many children and its members. The Bill introduces a number of extra regulations since 1 January 2009. The said regulations appertain to the enhancement of State support of families with many children as regards granting the right of priority obtainment of apartments; 50% discount in the payments for housing and communal services; free obtainment of medicine due to the doctor´s prescription, free thoroughfare, education at the higher education establishments (for children), extra leaves and bonuses to pension (for parents).
The Committee recommends that the Bill should be adopted at the First Reading.
