The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On the Ratification of Memorandum on Mutual Understanding regarding the coordinated development of Black Sea circular highway"

The Memorandum is aimed at the forming the conditions for the international project of Black Sea circular highway at the expenses of countries-participants budget. It presupposes the formation of joined fund for the expenditures on highway building financing.

The corresponding bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №0044
