Ukrainian delegation at the Annual Autumn Session in Toronto (Canada) is headed by Oleh Bilorus, Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Vice-President of the OSCE PA.
The Committee Chairman believes that the OSCE PA should recommend the parliaments and governments of the participating States "to restrain from recognition of quasi-states that originate in the conflict areas and occupy the territory of other countries". He deems necessary to prohibit participation in the peace-making operations of the countries that took part in the armed conflicts.
O.Bilorus also deems necessary to prohibit establishment of military bases of foreign States in the areas of armed conflicts, and withdraw the foreign troops from such areas, with the exception of the forces under the UNO mandate.
