According to the bill (Re.№1400) it is suggested to regulate the public relations in the state service sphere. It predetermines the basis of the state service, the conditions of admission, the course of its passing and cessation, the legislative status of officials and the principles of their social and legislative protection.
In particular the new rules of the admission on the state service are suggested. "Conclusion of the treaty with the person, that has won the vacancy. "
It is suggested to introduce two types of service contracts: at a fixed date and for the unfixed term.
