Inter alia, the Law "regulates the procedure under which the Constitutional Court should ascertain compliance (non-compliance) of the Bill on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine with Articles 157 and 158 of the Constitution of Ukraine, define the period for adoption of certain resolutions by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, determine the form and the contents of request of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning conclusion of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on observance of the constitutional procedure of investigation and scrutiny of the case related to dismissal of the President of Ukraine under the impeachment procedure, define the period for instituting constitutional proceedings under the said procedure".
