The law constitutes the legislative and organizational planning basis for the housing system and other use of the territories and aimed at the supplement of the stable development of population centers taking into consideration interests of the citizen and private interests
Legislative act consist of statement concerning the discussion of the issue on planning and building on the territories with the citizen, inclusively, allocation of ground areas for building, etc.
Corresponding bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №0883.
