The Bill (Re.№2280) assumes the declaration of amnesty on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of The Common Declaration of Human Rights.
In particular, it is suggested to announce the amnesty and extend it force on juvenile and women, also men who have children in age from 16 or disabled children or children of first, second and third disability group, consumptive children, with oncological diseases etc.
In consequence of implementation of the amnesty, according to the issue of the given bill, more than 3 thousand people will be released from the imprisonment.
