The Bill envisages "a system of special actions to be taken in order to promote prestigiousness of miner´s work.
Thus, the rate of miners´ minimum wage has been raised, and the rate of payroll tax has been established at the level of 10 per cent.
The Bill also envisages "the right to priority education at the State higher and vocational technical education enterprises for the State budget funds with the places in students´ halls of residence and scholarship provided".
A relevant Bill (№3091) was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
